These terms apply when you use the FlowSt8 Kayaking website or book a coaching session with us. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
All coaching sessions are subject to weather and river conditions. We reserve the right to change the venue or reschedule a session if conditions are unsafe. Safety is always the priority.
Participants must be able to swim and should be in reasonable physical health. If you have any medical conditions that could affect your ability to participate, let us know before the session.
Whitewater kayaking is an adventure sport that carries inherent risks including but not limited to cold water immersion, impact with rocks, and capsizing. By participating in a coaching session, you acknowledge these risks and accept personal responsibility for your decision to take part. A full safety briefing is provided before every session.
If you need to cancel a session, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund. If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
Participants are expected to bring their own kayak and personal equipment unless otherwise agreed in advance. We can advise on gear and may be able to help arrange rental equipment in certain locations.
All content on this website (text, images, design) is owned by FlowSt8 Kayaking and may not be reproduced without permission. River conditions described on this site are general guides and should not be used as a substitute for your own assessment on the day.
FlowSt8 Kayaking takes every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety. However, we cannot accept liability for injury, loss, or damage that arises from participation in whitewater activities beyond what is required by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Austria.
