What data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message. We do not collect data beyond what you choose to share.

Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics software. Vercel, our hosting provider, may log basic server data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of normal hosting operations.

How we use your data

We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry and to organise coaching sessions you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Third-party services

Google Fonts — This site loads fonts from Google's servers (Google LLC, USA). Your IP address is transmitted to Google when fonts are loaded. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Telegram — When you submit our contact form, the data you provide is forwarded to us via the Telegram messaging service (Telegram Messenger Inc.) as an internal notification. Telegram receives only the information you submit in the form.

Data retention

We retain your contact details for as long as necessary to provide our services and for reasonable business record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing Peter@flowst8.eu.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing, to restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Peter@flowst8.eu.
