When you use our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message. We do not collect data beyond what you choose to share.

We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry and to organise coaching sessions you have requested. Telegram — When you submit our contact form, the data you provide is forwarded to us via the Telegram messaging service (Telegram Messenger Inc.) as an internal notification. Telegram receives only the information you submit in the form.
We retain your contact details for as long as necessary to provide our services and for reasonable business record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing Peter@flowst8.eu.
